Strong knowledge of service routes and acceptance criteria for General Cargo and Passenger, including aircraft types, weight, and volume capacities, for both airline and interline flights.

Well-versed in cargo and passenger dimension requirements accepted by Airline and Interline Flights.

Have knowledge about Dangerous Goods (DG) classification and handling regulations

Experienced in using cargo system

Excellent communications and established working relationships with major warehouse and ground handling operators: PT JAS, PT GAPURA and PT UNEX.

Strong connections and access with interline carriers

High capability in managing end-to-end processes — from reservations until closing time before departure (system reservation, final data input, cargo monitoring, etc.)
